Skill Profile

Objectives

LEGO World Builder is excited to bring on a new class of independent contractor Community Moderators to help manage our various support channels (email, social, and discussion forums) and moderate published content on the LEGO World Builder platform. The LEGO World Builder platform was designed in partnership with Tongal to help source original content for digital shorts, TV specials, and feature films produced by LEGO! These are entirely remote, independent contractor positions for a 6-month contract period, beginning August 1st, 2021. The hourly rate is $20 per hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Working with the Senior Platform and Community Manager, our Community Moderators will ensure that the LEGO World Builder community experiences best-in-class support and is following the LEGO Group’s “play well” ethos. The ideal candidates will have a passion for community support and moderation and a genuine knowledge of the LEGO brand.
