“On the battlefield, the military pledges to leave no soldier behind. As a nation, let it be our pledge that when they return home, we leave no veteran behind.” -- Dan Lipinksi
Thankfully, there’s an organization that remains true to that mission and committed to enriching the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity. Team Red White and Blue is a not-for-profit veterans support group that has a long, successful history of helping Veterans thrive in their communities after returning home from active duty. With a bias for action -- and for healthy activity helping veterans stay fit and focused -- Team RWB also helps veterans stay connected with family, friends, and other vets.
This summer, BAND-AID® Brand is partnering with Team Red White and Blue to sponsor a series of events supporting and celebrating veterans including the Old Glory Coast to Coast Relay Run. Together, they’ve turned to Tongal to create a Video that will serve as an anthem for their work; a Video that is honest, heartfelt, and positive. It should shed light on the great work Team Red White and Blue is doing with veterans in their hometowns everyday, and inspire other Veterans and non-military people to get involved too! BAND-AID® Brand is the sponsor of this project and will donate the Video to Team Red White and Blue.
The Video should compel vets and their families and friends to watch, share, and watch again.
The Video will educate Veterans about all the services Team Red White and Blue offers them and their communities, and get them to get involved. It should feel real, emotional, and inspire action.
The goal of this project is to create a 2:30 to 3:00 minute Video that will kick off Team RWB’s summer campaign and compel vets and their families and friends to watch, share, and watch again.
When thinking about the video you’re going to craft, note that Team Red White and Blue has some existing video assets you can use. Feel free to access these at the links below. You’re encouraged to complete something wholly new and original, but if your video involves the use of any of this existing footage, be sure to tell us how you intend to utilize it in your Pitch.
