REFERENCE VIDEOS FOR INSPIRATION OR TONE:

Objectives

Are you a creator with skills, knowledge and experience to share with the Creator Community? We're willing to bet you are, and Tongal would like to help you do that. We're asking you to create YouTube Video Tutorial that teach creators, sharing unique information, techniques, and skillsets they may not otherwise find so easily. What do we mean by this?

Below are EXAMPLES of what we're looking for:

What we're not looking for:

This is also a good opportunity for the community to get to know you, so feel free to deliver this information in your videos from your own point of view and experiences if you wish. The style and presentation format is up to you. You can put yourself on camera and talk directly to the audience, or you can use a voice over, but there does need to be a guiding voice to your videos.

With regards to AI content, we will allow tutorials that involve the use of "Supplementary AI" in filmmaking. Supplementary AI typically involves a tool or program that helps filmmakers in post-production by reducing the complexity of difficult or highly technical tasks, making your post-production workflow much more time and cost efficient than traditional tools or methods (e.g. color correction, denoising, frame rate/speed modification, logo blurs & removals etc.). These AI tools allow filmmakers with otherwise limited resources to do things that used to require full teams or weeks of work. With that in mind though, we will NOT accept tutorials that involve the use of "Generative AI." Generative AI creates entirely new and "original" content, but that new and "original" content created is typically based on an enormous library drawn from other artists' existing work, which is aggregated by the AI software without their explicit permission, making it a challenge to clear for legal use by brands.
