Named the leader in the Forrester Performance Marketing Wave and one of the Top 75 fastest growing agencies, Wpromote helps brands "Think Like A Challenger" to drive transformational growth. The Challenger Mindset means they're always looking for new opportunities to change the game of marketing and have developed a culture where employees are empowered to take risks and experiment. They look for employees who are excited and autonomous, and they work with HBCUs to hire diverse talent. Their goal is to staff at least 30% of their upper level with diverse talent. Wpromote has offices located in LA, NY, Chicago, Atlanta, and Charleston. For more information, please visit their career page.
Many people believe that agency life has to suck: working as hard as possible, available to clients at all hours for any requests, until you inevitably burn out. Wpromote takes the opposite approach, because they know the best work is only possible when you have a great work-life balance. Wpromote is an award-winning digital marketing agency that manages integrated, performance-centric digital marketing campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. From good old-fashioned friendly competition in the form of LinkedIn learning challenges and employee-led trivia games to frequent opportunities to lunch and learn with industry experts and thought leaders, they're aiming to make Mondays (and the rest of your week) suck less. To make sure every employee is positioned not just to survive agency life but thrive in a great working environment, they offer a 4.5 day work week, unlimited PTO, 401(k) matching, top-notch health benefits and mental health days.
The goal of this project is to create a :45 video that informs prospective candidates about the benefits of a career at Wpromote and leads them to apply for a position. They are open to live action or animated pitches but you should try to focus on the angle of flexibility, agency/autonomy, and choice. Wpromote allows their employees to choose between full remote work, in office, or a hybrid of remote and in-office work.
