Calling all Artists! Attention: mutant supporters, Marvel fans, and anyone looking for an exciting new Fall show on FOX! We’ve got a Fan Art challenge that you won’t want to miss!
From Marvel Television, and set in the “X-Men” universe, THE GIFTED is an epic adventure story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to flee from an oppressive government, the family’s only choice is to contact an underground network of mutants who are fighting to survive.
This is your chance to summon your super-creative superpowers and show us how gifted you really are… Submit your original artwork inspired by The Gifted.
Every Friday a weekly winner will be announced and awarded a $500 prize and will become a finalist for the $5,000 grand prize.

Objectives
Submit FAN ART inspired by FOX’s new Fall show, in association with Marvel Television –The Gifted – for the opportunity to win grand prizes and have your creation featured and credited on FOX’s social channels!
Ready your pencils, pens, paints, and digital tablets. We are accepting drawings, sketches, paintings, and other still image artwork.
DO your online research so you can submit artwork before the Premiere – Monday, October 2nd – and tune-in to The Gifted every week so you can continue to create new Fan Art and submit!
DO submit art related to the themes of The Gifted like: Family is the ultimate power, emotional connection, and unique powers/gifts.
DO stay true to the show and these characters.
You must be 18 years old to be eligible, and must reside within the US. This includes the contiguous states and AK and HI (see also short rules below).

- Your artwork must be wholly original and not previously published, and must not include third party materials (e.g., artwork, logos, photographs, etc.).
Details
This Project consists of one (1) Phase: Fan Art Phase. Be sure to read the following information carefully as well as the Official Rules.
PHASE 1: FAN ART - Submit your original piece of static artwork inspired by The Gifted on FOX. You may submit digital or traditional drawings, paintings, photographs, or other still image art. You should submit a high-resolution JPG or PNG no larger than 5MB in size. You can submit up to five (5) pieces of fan art throughout the Season.
After an initial review by Tongal and the Sponsor, your submissions may be posted to a public-facing gallery where fans will be able to cast their votes for their favorite pieces of artwork. Fan Voting may help determine the winners.
Entries will be reviewed on a rolling basis during the submission period by the Sponsor, who will select three (3) Winners leading up to the Season Premiere, then one (1) Winner each week after the new episode airs, and (1) Grand Prize Winner to receive a bonus $5,000 after the Season Finale (selected from the previously awarded fifteen (15) winners).
Requirements
1. The artwork MUST be uploaded as a .JPG or .PNG file, and should not exceed 5MB.
2. Unless provided otherwise, all work must be your own original creation and free of any copyrighted material. You shall provide detailed information of your work regarding the source, the creator and background information as requested by Tongal.
3. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY BECOMES THE SOLE PROPERTY OF FOX OR ITS ASSIGNEES – SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES. YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.
4. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.
5. Submissions must not portray Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with Sponsor.
6. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.
7. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.
8. You must be at least eighteen (18) years or older to enter.
9. You must be a resident of the U.S. or U.S. territory to be eligible.
10. You will need to submit the standard Tongal W-9, Winner Affidavit, and IP Assignment.
11. See OFFICIAL RULES for additional contest information, terms and conditions. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these requirements and the Official Rules, the terms and conditions of these requirements shall prevail.
