They are looking for a live-action, mixed media approach featuring a host character that integrates motion graphics, some compelling visuals and a charismatic personality that conveys C-4's capabilities in a professional and visually engaging way. It is important that your pitch conveys how you'll integrate visuals that will take this above and beyond your normal talking head style video.
