Whether it’s a birthday party or stumbling across perfect pair of shoes, life is better with surprises. Our Mystery sponsor knows this and wants your take on how they can create a branded entertainment series around this idea.

 

As a retailer that sells everything from women’s, men’s and kid’s fashion to cook wear, home décor and pet goods, it’s important that your concept can utilize the element of surprise to illustrate how our mystery sponsor can fit into someone’s lifestyle while also featuring the breadth of products offered. 

 

So put you show runner hats on and, you know, surprise us!

Tell us your concept for a video series of videos around the theme of surprise. Keep in mind that each video in your series should be able to work as a standalone piece laddering up to the larger series. The goal of the video content is to drive consideration and motivate the audience to visit an actual store, so think about tie-ins that make sense or could integrate a retailer in an interesting way.

 

Target Audience: Women, ages 25-54.

 

Tone: Authentic, Human, Relatable, Exciting, Sense of Fun, Surprising

This project will be worth a total of $1,000 and consist of one Concept Phase. Be sure to read the following information carefully as well as the Official Rules.

  

PHASE 1: CONCEPT - Submit your Concept for series of videos around the theme of surprise using:

 

• Text (REQUIRED): 500 characters or less summarizing your Concept: Who, What, When, Where, How, Why? 

 

• Links (Optional): To other relevant material on the world-wide-webs.

 

• Image (Optional): Feel like creating a collage to illustrate your point? Go for it!

 

1. Unless provided otherwise, all work must be your own original creation and free of any copyrighted material. You shall provide detailed information of your work regarding the source, the creator and background information as requested by Tongal.

 

2. BY SUBMITTING A CONCEPT, YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY BECOMES THE SOLE PROPERTY OF TONGAL OR ITS ASSIGNEES – SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES. YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.

 

3. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.

 

4. Submissions must not portray Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with Sponsor.

 

5. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.

 

6. Submissions must be in the English language.

 

7. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.

 

8. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or older to enter.
