As a mom, what’s the worst thing about a sore throat? It’s not the tickle in the back of your throat or the difficulty swallowing your favorite foods. It’s when you start to lose your voice and the powerless feeling that comes with it. How can you confidently command a room of unruly kids when you sound like bullfrog? How are you supposed to tell Timmy to get off the roof of the shed, if you can barely muster a whisper?

A strained voice gets in the way of moms’ day-to-day and makes situations she used to handle with confidence and ease more challenging than they ought to be. Luckily, there’s Chloraseptic®  Sore Throat Spray and Sore Throat Lozenges to the rescue. Their sprays and lozenges offer fast acting relief from a strained voice due to a sore throat, to give control back to moms’ lives.

Now, Tongal, we need your help to spread the word to mothers everywhere that Chloraspetic®  is the Family’s Choice for a sore throat. To do that, Chloraseptic®  wants you to make TWO emotionally resonant videos, and don’t be afraid to sprinkled with a bit of humor where it feels right, that communicates that with the help of Chloraseptic®, mothers can get their voice back, allowing them to keep up and stay focused on the duties of motherhood.

Check out more details below…

Objectives

The goal of this project is to produce two emotionally resonant and lightly humored 30-second Videos that show mothers that with the help of Chloraseptic® spray and lozenges, they can gain their voices back from having a sore throat, allowing them to keep up with their parental responsibilities. Keep in mind, your Videos should clearly communicate that mom’s strained voice stems from having a sore throat, while highlighting other various symptoms that come along with a throat irritation. Additionally, think of how you would build a narrative around the idea that with a sore throat, it becomes difficult for moms to perform the duties of motherhood, and that with the help of Chloraseptic®, they can get back their voices to normal to engage with their children.

Your two 30-second Videos should each be accompanied by a 15-second cut-down, and you should deliver 10 total Still Photos (5 from each video) that Chloraseptic® can use for digital promotions.  All of your Videos should be optimized for Facebook, as that will be the primary platform that Chloraseptic® will use.

A few cautions:

If you’re selected as a Pitch Winner, a Tongal producer will email you to help walk you through the Pre-Production and Approvals process.

NOTE: The two (2) 30-second Videos, two (2) 15-second cut-downs, and 10 total Still Photos (5 from each Video) are due at the close of the Video Phase.  Please upload them as separate submissions when submitting your Videos.
