Background

Objectives

September marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, and to celebrate, grocery brands Winn-Dixie and Fresco y Más are partnering with famed Miami chef John Pardo to create a suite of cooking videos for social media. Chef Pardo will be preparing two classic dishes - Malanga Fritters & Carne Mechada - with a modern twist. We're looking for a filmmaking team in the South Florida area who can help safely film high quality cooking videos at Chef Pardo's home & create a suite of assets for social media (in the style of this video).

Videos will need to include footage inserts & graphics to create branded versions of the video assets for both Winn-Dixie and Fresco y Más.
