Background

Objectives

In 2022, Orgain announced its intention to allow Nestle into their company as a majority stakeholder and partner with the mission to put the power of good, clean nutrition in the hands of people everywhere. Now, as the merger works its way to completion, they need a videographer to capture the meeting between one of Nestle's executives and their very own CEO, Dr. Andrew Abraham, M.D.

The goal of this project is simple enough: on Wednesday, June 5th, you'll need to capture high-res 4k footage, in 16x9, with sound, during the meeting between these two executives, as they tour the Orgain headquarters facility and discuss the future in a town hall meeting. This probably requires two people, and it won't require any post-production; after filming the event, you'll just be delivering all raw files to Orgain, where the video content will be used for internal purposes. No additional budget is available for travel to Irvine, so we expect that this will go to a local team, and Orgain has also asked for the team to swing by on Tuesday, June 4th for a short walkthrough of the event as well.

Given the tight timing and limited scope here, we're thinking one capable videographer and sound mixer will be all that's needed to stay nimble and capture great professional moments. If you can make a compelling argument that you can handle this as an individual, or if you even wanted to bring along a third, we're open to it.

To pitch for this project, we don't require a fully built out treatment. What we DO need to know is your camera and sound package, in detail, as this MUST be shot in 4k and have the capability to record lossless audio. If you plan to use any other equipment, it'll be helpful to know about that too. Beyond your camera package, let us know if you're local to Southern California, and share relevant samples of your work that represents what your camera package is capable of.
