Background

Below are three examples of varying styles of lyric videos Sesame Street has incorporated in the past. You DO NOT need to adhere to any one of these styles - Sesame Street is open to seeing any creative approach.

Objectives

2019 marked Sesame Street's 50th anniversary, celebrating five decades of helping kids to grow smarter, stronger, and kinder. As part of their 50th Anniversary Special, they featured a custom song & animation over an end credit sequence, which highlighted some of the most famous residents of Sesame Street. To keep the 50th Anniversary magic going, they would like to create a fun & dynamic lyric video for this song and credit sequence.

The master video file for the credit sequence can be downloaded here and the full lyrics for the song have been provided in the Assets section below (please note that lyrics are the italicized text in the script). The credits crawl has been removed, so you will be able to add any motion graphics for lyrics in the negative space on screen. There are examples of previous Sesame Street lyric videos in the Background/Additional Details section below, but Sesame Street is open to seeing any and all creative approaches for this video.

  13. The Sponsor will be entitled to reasonable revisions on the finished Videos without providing additional compensation. Remember it's easier to re-edit than re-shoot so try to get as much coverage as possible.

  14. In addition to the standard Tongal W-9, Winner Affidavit, and IP Assignment, greenlit Video creators MUST also provide Talent, Location, Music (or other) Releases for all assets appearing in their Videos, as well as a photograph/headshot OR copy of a photo ID for all On-camera Talent releases.
