From the moment you become a parent you take on a host of new roles. You become a cheerleader, a teacher and, of course, a protector. There is nothing more precious to a parent than his or her child, and when a child becomes ill they will do anything to help them get better.
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) understands the value and power of family, and aims to keep families close together through challenging times. They want to create a world where children have access to quality health care and families are able to better comfort and support each other on the road to recovery from illness. It all starts with the contributions of good people and McDonald’s wants to highlight two franchise owners who have made a great impact in their communities and continue to do so by supporting RMHC.
OWNER#2 Scott Rodrick, Palo Alto Area.
Help McDonald’s celebrate these two individuals by bringing their stories to life and by highlighting the impact they have on Ronald McDonald House Charities. Please read the remainder of the brief for all of the important details.
The goal of this project is to create two 1-2 minute Video and a 15 second cut-down to help McDonald’s tell the story of two franchise owners and their dedication to helping Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). Please see the Assets tab for more detail on each franchise owner.
When building your Pitch, keep in mind that McDonald’s wants the audience to understand the role it plays in supporting RMHC through its people. The Pitch winners will be connected with the franchise owner, their local Ronald McDonald House, and potentially a family that has been impacted by RMHC programs.
