Background

Objectives

In this Quick Hits project, we're looking for a high-level audio production team who can handle a voiceover recording session in Tampa, Florida on April 3rd. While we cannot provide any specifics yet, the session involves The LEGO Group, another high-level brand, and celebrity voiceover talent. The team needs to be available for the full day and will handle all aspects of a one-hour voiceover recording session and delivery of the audio files. While it's not a requirement, it's a plus if your team is local to Florida and has experience with ElevenLabs software.

The audio recording session may need to take place at an unspecified site. In your pitch, please include your preferred recording location in Tampa, as well as information about how your team would handle a mobile recording session.

If this sounds interesting to you (or someone you know), submit your portfolio with your past audio work, specifically calling out any experience with ElevenLabs, and include a bid that accounts for the cost of the work required.

Check out more information in the Background, and for any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

EXPECTED TIMELINE: The voiceover recording session must take place on Thursday, April 3rd. All files must be delivered by Friday, April 4th.

EXPOSURE: We expect content will be used on the platforms below, but if casting talent, be sure they review our required Talent Release before they're cast, as it is NOT limited to these platforms. You should also review our Music providers in the Project Requirements, as well as the platform best practices.
