Of all the countless decisions parents have to make when raising their children, picking out the right toy may seem rather insignificant, but it’s not. In fact, it’s actually very important. After all, kids will play with just about anything they can get their hands on –and parents want to make sure what their kids do pick up is the right one to encourage their ever-expanding brains to really test the limits of their imaginations.
So what happens when you give a child with limitless potential, an extraordinary toy!?
Enter PowerClix by Guidecraft -- a beautiful, harmonious system of Organics, Solids, and Frames designed for kids 4+. The pieces contain powerful magnets, allowing children to quickly create 3d-models that snap in to place with that satisfying "click" of accomplishment. The limitless combinations are based on naturally occurring shapes and structures, so every child is inspired to build what he/she sees in nature and their environments, whether it's a skyscraper or a honeycomb.
Guidecraft wants your fun, inspiring videos showing how PowerClix can unlock a child's inner architect, mathematician, organic chemist, or any one of their other brainiac interests! And on top of all of this, it’s just fun to play with!
===SPLIT===
The goal of this project is to create one Video up to 60 seconds that communicates that these toys have a unique design language that inspire kids to consider their environment and reinterpret what they have seen through building with PowerClix. The PowerClix system of Frames, Solids, and Organics connect the real world with a child’s play pattern through encouraging free play. The Organics are unique in the marketplace, as they are the only magnetic toy with shapes inspired by nature.
The toys inspire children to consider objects they have seen in nature like a beehive, or their surroundings like a car, and then recreate them using PowerClix. With the Frames, Solids, and Organics, the building possibilities are endless.
Get creative! The brand is open to both live-action and different forms of animation, or a combination! Just be sure to be colorful.
