REFERENCE VIDEOS FOR INSPIRATION OR TONE:

PAST VIDEOS:

Objectives

The goal of this project is to create an engaging animated product video for DigiCert, a leading cyber security tech company, to announce their new product, Verified Mark Certificates (VMCs). VMCs allow companies to render their brand logo next to the “sender” field in email clients—making them visible even before the message is opened. Think of it as the email equivalent of the blue checkmark on Twitter, or the verified badge on Instagram.

DigiCert has provided a reference video with an animation style they gravitate towards, BUT they are open to different conceptual approaches, and having worked with the Tongal community before they are excited to see other inventive and creative styles as long as the brand guidelines and messaging stays true. This could be pure animation or dynamic motion graphics and text over live-action imagery.

DigiCert has also provided a VO Script they would like your treatment and style frame to be built from. The script should only be modified or shortened to fit within the :30-:45 time parameters of the video.

For your pitch we would like you to focus more on showcasing your animation style, and explain how you can clearly articulate the product features in an exciting way.

DELIVERABLES: One :30-:45 video (16x9)
