**Attention Pitch Submitters! Please be sure to carefully read the Sponsor's notes on the winning Idea before you submit your Pitches.**

When girls get together, there is nothing they can’t do!

With the NERF Rebelle CornerSight and the NERF Rebelle Flipside Bow, girls team up to become unstoppable in action-packed fun that triggers imagination, bravery, and playfulness (see Assets Tab for Product Images & instructions for use). NERF REBELLE wants to continue to empower girls to be themselves, to explore their interests and work together with friends to become fearless through play.

And that’s where you come in, Tongal! Share your ideas for epic stories of authentic real play scenarios of resilience and teamwork that showcase NERF REBELLE and inspire girls to create their own adventures at home.

Read on to the Project Objectives for more details…

Objectives

Create two (2) 60-second Videos with a 15-second cut-down and five (5) still images per video that showcase the unexpected scenarios of competitive play that empower girls to work together to become unstoppable and inspires them to play with NERF REBELLE.

CASTING NOTE: You may use the same actors across both videos. Actors should be aspirational, so it’s ok to showcase a slightly older cast than the target audience (12-15 years old). In the Assets Tab of this project page you’ll find Casting Specs for reference.

When building your Pitch, keep in mind that videos should have the authenticity of a UGC video, but showcase girls in action (camaraderie/group) playing with the blasters, while highlighting the key product feature. Research shows that girls enjoy playing with the blasters but lack inspiration on how/why to play. The two products that should be predominantly featured are…

***Pitch Winner will have a pre-production call with the brand to discuss the creative direction for the Video. Do not plan your shoot until after this call has taken place***

NOTE: The two (2) 60-second Videos, two (2) 15-second cut-downs, and ten (10) still images are all due at the close of the Video Phase. Please submit each Video as a separate entry.

Details

This Project will be worth a total of $25,000 and consists of three (3) Phases: an Idea Phase, a Pitch Phase, and a Video Phase. Be sure to read the following information carefully as well as the Official Rules.

PHASE 1: IDEA  – Tell us your Idea for objective in 140 characters or less.  Remember, an Idea (What is an Idea Phase?) is not a detailed script; it is a spark of inspiration, or a distillation what will happen in the Video.  As always, Ideas should be clever and engaging.  The winning Idea creators will receive $250 each. There are NO residuals on this project.

PHASE 2: PITCH - Submit your Pitch (What is a Pitch Phase?) convincing the Sponsor why you should be selected to execute a Video based on one of the winning Ideas from the previous Phase.

Consider submitting a Pitch video in which you tell the Sponsor what they can expect should they choose your Pitch. Also, test videos, animatics, etc. are welcome.

The most compelling Pitch will be selected and, upon submitting the Winner’s Affidavit and the IP Assignment, the Pitch winner will receive $5,000 to help create the Videos.  Additionally, upon submitting Videos that satisfy the criteria laid out in your winning Pitch, the Pitch winner will also be GUARANTEED a winning place in the subsequent Video Phase. So, if your Pitch is selected and you execute your Pitch effectively in your Video submission, you will win an additional $19,000. For an example of an effective Pitch, check out The Indie Machines winning “3 Artists & 5,000 LEGOs” Pitch video. All Pitches will remain private until after the winner of the Video Phase is announced and the Project is complete.

***Pitch Winner will have a pre-production call with the brand to discuss the creative direction for the Video. Do not plan your shoot until after this call has taken place***

PHASE 3: VIDEO – Once the Pre-Production Call has taken, the Pitch Winner will create two (2) 60-second Videos with 15-second cut-downs of each based upon their winning Pitch. You will also need to deliver ten (10) still images (five per video).

NOTE: The two (2) 60-second Videos, two (2) 15-second cut-downs, and ten (10) still images are all due at the close of the Video Phase. Please upload each video as a separate submission.

-- Video Phase Payout: The Video Phase winner will earn $19,000.

-- Music:  Tongal has partnered with premiere music providers: Audioblocks and Epidemic Sound. Any of which can be used to source music for your Video submission to this Project. Music from these providers is available to registered Tongal members at no charge solely for their incorporation into Submissions to this Project and will not require a separate Music Release Form.
