Now, we want YOU to come up with fun, attention-grabbing Ideas for a TV Commercial that will show how important making a great impression with your smile can be.

The goal of this project is to come up with fun, attention-grabbing Ideas (in 140 characters or less) for a TV Commercial about our Mystery Sponsor’s whitening and enamel-strengthening oral care product.

 

Your Idea for this TV Commercial should:

 

1) Help this Mystery Sponsor “break through” in a crowded market of oral care products that promise whiter smiles and more, but all look and feel like the same boring ad. Feel free to submit ideas that are off the beaten path and have fun!

 

2) Communicate and visualize – in a creative way – that this Product gives you a beautiful, white smile (by removing stains on the surface of your teeth), while actually re-mineralizing and strengthening the enamel on your teeth (the outer layer that helps protects your tooth).

 

3) Be about social connection and feel relevant to our hero woman, age 25-35.

• While the Mystery Sponsor isn’t against the idea to showing male talent and their smile, it should be secondary to our heroine.
• The Mystery Sponsor feels that “boy meets girl” drama seems worn out. However, if you can tell that story with an engaging “twist”, they’re excited to hear it!

--Target Audience: Women 22-35, who care about beauty and looking good. They want their smile to make an impression on others and are willing to invest in products that can help them get a beautiful, white smile.

  

--Tone: Fun, lighthearted, memorable, aspirational. 

 

This Project will be worth a total of $2,500 and consists of 1 Phase: an Idea Phase. Be sure to read the following information carefully as well as the Official Rules.

 

PHASE 1: IDEA  – Tell us your fun, attention-grabbing Idea for a TV Commercial that shows how important making a great impression with your smile can be in 140 characters or less. Remember, an Idea (What is an Idea Phase?) is not a detailed script; it is a spark of inspiration, or a distillation of what will happen in the Video.  As always, Ideas should be clever and engaging.  The winning Idea creators will receive $500 each. There will be no residuals paid out in this project. 

1. Unless provided otherwise, all work must be your own original creation and free of any copyrighted material. You shall provide detailed information of your work regarding the source, the creator and background information as requested by Tongal.

 

2. In the event you utilize any third party materials, such as music provided by a third-party music provider not provided by Tongal, you must obtain full written license and consent from the owner of such third party materials and provide such license and consent forms to Tongal.

 

3. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY BECOMES THE SOLE PROPERTY OF TONGAL OR ITS ASSIGNEES – SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES. YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.

 

4. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.

 

5. Submissions must not portray Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with Sponsor.

 

6. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.

 

7. Submissions must be in the English language.

 

8. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.

 

9. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or older to enter.

 

10. In the event that fewer than 100 Ideas are received, the Sponsor reserves the right to repost the contest for up to fourteen (14) days at their discretion.
