Our Mystery Sponsor (an athletic retailer) is looking for FOUR individual concepts for videos that would be part of an IGTV series that brings their holiday campaign of magical moments to life.

These ideas need to inspire guests to let the magic of the season move them to create connections that push them to sweat, grow and connect with friends, family, or even themselves.

Think big. 

Your concept could be for a large activation or live-action stunts, the sky's the limit. Ultimately, the concept should be about magical moments and wanting to create as many of them as possible. 

The goal of these IGTV videos is to engage and inspire the Sponsor's full global community to join in and do their part to try to make these magical moments happen. Your concept should focus on specific community activations that could be filmed for an individual video in an IGTV series.

DELIVERABLES:  FOUR (4) 500-character concepts.

 

EXPOSURE: IGTV

 

TARGET AUDIENCE:  Men and women of all ages.

 

TONE: The concepts should be entertaining and evoke the feelings of magic that the holidays bring.

EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES:

• Concepts must facilitate connection, be rooted in community and tie back to sweat/the sweatlife. 
• Examples include: Choir singing on a popular run route, turning a train car into a yoga class, delivering gifts via running etc.
• Concepts must have a surprise and delight element that disrupts daily happenings.

Tell us your concept in 500 characters or less. Remember, a concept is not a detailed script; it is a spark of inspiration or distillation of what will happen in the video. 

1. Unless provided otherwise, all work must be your own original creation and free of any copyrighted material. You shall provide detailed information about your work regarding the source, the creator and background information as requested by Tongal.

YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.

3. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of the Sponsor.

4. Submissions must not portray the Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with the Sponsor.

5. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.

6. Limit 5 submissions per member.

7. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or old to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right to repost the contest at their discretion.

8. Winners must submit the standard Tongal W-9, Winner Affidavit, and IP Assignment.
