FEATURED EMPLOYEES:

REFERENCE VIDEOS FOR INSPIRATION OR TONE:

Objectives

We're constantly talking about how T-Mobile has awesome employee benefits and an incredible company culture, this time we want to talk about some of their amazing employees. Employees who are not only proud of where they work, but also proud that they can be true to themselves and their culture while working at T-Mobile. To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, T-Mobile is now looking to create a suite of videos built around quotes from their very own employees, who have each seen the positive impacts that come from working for the Uncarrier.

The goal here is to create six different :10-:20 loopable videos, or cinemagraphs, that feature quotes from real T-Mobile employees celebrating their Hispanic Heritage. When we say "loopable video" or "cinemagraph" here we mean that most of your video should be static, but key visual elements or sections should move to make the content come alive, and help it stand out dynamically when someone's scrolling through their feed, kind of like this.

T-Mobile has already selected six different employees to feature, and they've provided a quote and some photos for each, which you can find in the Background. You do not have to use the full quotes; instead, you can select a line (or lines) that you think work best for a short piece of content like this, and you can feel free to make little tweaks (e.g. for grammar, flow, or comprehension). We've also included some extra biographical information for the employees, but that's intended to help you with the visuals, and you do not need to include any text from those. Each of your videos should be unique, and reflect the different people and their quotes, but they should all still feel like part of one coherent suite somehow.

We're looking for a variety of bright or captivating styles and aesthetics, but keep in mind that T-Mobile is also tech-forward company, so we're aiming for graphics that feels modern, invigorating, engaging, and even playful. Find ways to use visuals cues or design elements that you might associate with this community or the individual employees (who represent 3 different countries, including Mexico, El Salvador, and Colombia). We expect that you'll want to lean heavily on 2D animation and mixed media styles, and 3D if it makes sense, along with some clever use of typography or stock imagery.

For your pitch, we highly encourage that you submit a proof of concept along with your Treatment. For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.
