Background

"Spetz" is slang in Hebrew which means 'someone who is really good at his profession' and they're a company and application that specializes in helping to connect customers with trades people and professionals quickly. In fact, it is an aggregator of hundreds of professionals (mostly tradespeople). The app recognizes the customers' location and when they open a "call" to a professional, the required professional will get back to the customers' mobile within 30 seconds. An available and recommended professional (according to the user rating) will then be at the customer's service!

The service can be obtained through the Spetz website and also through a mobile app but it is preferred that users open service calls via the app (Higher quality service calls).

The order of a customer's actions through the app are as followed:

  1. Download the app
  2. Select a requested service
  3. Enter a geographical location
  4. Select when they would like to receive the service
  5. Confirmation (in this stage the "service call" is counted)
  6. Customer gets the call within 30 seconds or at the time they have requested

KEY MESSAGES:

Objectives

NOTE: Communication throughout the production will be in English, but all materials and assets must be delivered in Hebrew. The selected filmmaker must also provide English translation files for review purposes.

Whether customers are in need of a tradesperson such as a handyman or plumber, or services such a private tutors or dog walkers, Spetz has over 400 different services to help customers solve problems in their daily lives. Spetz will help them find the best available service provider in their area.

These services make customer’s lives’ much easier, and Spetz helps customers to get high quality service providers in a timely manner without wasting lots of time and effort sieving through an abundance of information such as directories.

A customer can post a request in 10 seconds and then have a service provider contact them in an average of 30 seconds.

Taking the above into consideration, the goal of this project is to create a :30 Hebrew-language live action video that introduces viewers to the Spetz brand, showing how using the app can make their lives easier, take away the pain of searching themselves for a provider and help solve their problems by connecting them instantly to a rated service provider.

The video should end with a clear call-to-action driving viewers to download the Spetz app and to use it to open a request for a service.

Your videos must showcase real people using their app and you should think about the logistics of how you'll film that, and how you'll make it easy to understand for the viewer, since it can be difficult for an audience to process what an app is doing if the visuals happen on a small screen. There are several ways to solve that though, and some of those solves can be particularly engaging.

We're relying completely on VO for this project and should avoid any on screen dialogue from talent. This is to keep things flexible should the client ever want to change the VO language further down the line, as this cannot be done if talent is shown speaking.
