Background

Equelle is hoping to find concepts that speak authentically to modern women.  Gen X women and even Millennials are beginning to enter this life stage, and they feel active and vibrant. They are working, taking care of their kids – and while they accept menopause as natural and normal, they have too much going on to be slowed down by menopause symptoms. Too many brands in the past have made menopause feel “old”, and modern women won’t appreciate concepts that make light of their symptoms or depict them melodramatically. Humor can be used, as long as concepts are not mocking or exaggerated and reflect real experiences.

Specifically, Equelle is clinically shown to help the menopause for symptoms like:

Objectives

Our goal is to illustrate how enduring menopausal symptoms isn't necessary thanks to Equelle. We are looking to create concepts that follow a "You wouldn't tolerate ‘X’, then why would you endure menopausal symptoms?" framework.  We are sourcing ideas for “X”.

Modern, empowered women are comfortable speaking their mind, and would not accept unnecessary discomfort or hardship in most situations. We’d like to expose how absurd it is to accept menopause symptoms, by showcasing other situations where women would never just accept discomfort or disruption.  We are seeking examples of humorous and slightly absurd situations that women would never deem acceptable or “just deal” with them. We want to draw a parallel between these situations and menopause, and encourage women to take action with the menopausal relief provided by Equelle.
