Background

Chacka is a federally-designated Woman Owned Small Business. They remove common advertising barriers with an omnichannel, audience-centric approach that places more focus on the user and the message to drive gnarly results. Services include paid search marketing, social media advertising, programmatic and direct display, creative services, and consulting services.

Objectives

Chacka Marketing is a leading digital media agency specializing in paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and consulting services. When working with clients, they ensure they are a cultural match so they can truly put them first and are more effective. They believe in constant evolution and total transparency to ensure the utmost trust with their advertisers and to drive awesome results. Through their constant evaluation of data and measurement, they identify and manage audiences across all channels while increasing efficiencies to meet the clients’ goals.

The goal of this project is to create a :45 video that showcases Chacka as an expert in the marketing field, but shows that they’re not a typical marketing agency. Chacka, which is derived from surfer-slang, means better than gnarly, so you should try to find fun ways to play on this. They also love that the word "hack" is in their name and loves the play on "growth hackers." Chacka is open to all forms of media - live action, animation, stop motion, etc. - but know that they typically use surfing and wave images in their content, so you should try to find ways to incorporate them in your video.
