Objectives

You've heard it here before, but as the "Un-carrier," T-Mobile is a fantastic place to work. What makes it so great? Why did we secretly slip them our resumes? Is it all the benefits they offer or their unrivaled and diverse company culture? Maybe their commitment to military veterans and their spouses? Or is magenta just, hands down, the coolest color? Well, the answer is yes to all. T-Mobile offers an unparalleled employment experience for many reasons, and so it's no surprise that they want to showcase what they have to offer for job seekers - or really anyone who might be curious. How, though? That's the question here. How should T-Mobile be strutting their stuff on social media.

T-Mobile is looking for fun, surprising, clever, and totally out-of-the-box concepts for content that they can use on their social feeds, and it has to leverage the information from their employee benefits pages. Does this mean videos? Sure, but what KIND of videos? Not just some boring old explainer, no. Not just some cute listicle. We've already made T-Mobile some GIFs about their benefits, and anyone can just go to a website and read lists of text. We need to stop people in their tracks. We don't want someone to miss out on a dream job because of a so-so social post. Maybe we need to make them laugh? Maybe we need to do something they'd never expect? Could it be a music video? A parody video? A mockumentary style day-in-the-life? Is it stop motion? Are there puppets? Would TikTok love it? Does it involve a recursive zoom? Animation? Talking animals?

Your concepts MUST involve the topics listed below, and they can cover a single topic, OR they could cover multiple topics. It's probably easier if you focus on one topic though. Technically, your concept could ALSO be GIFs, or individual static images, or influencer collaborations, or whatever other interesting thing that companies do on social media. You're on the internet, you know: cool stuff. If you've seen some other video or social content that's good inspiration, feel free to share it with your submission. Either way, we'll ultimately need to make content for these four categories, so take a peek if you haven't already, because these were also linked above:

Remember that T-Mobile has a distinct voice that is vibrant and playful, self-aware and confident, celebratory, even quirky - NOT totally ridiculous or absurd, but still professional. They want employees to have their own journey while making sure they feel inspired every day. Additionally, they want to facilitate meaningful relationships that set them apart from the rest. Let's see what you got.
