In the digital landscape you have six seconds to make an impact. You're either in or you're out. The problem is that even if these ads work, most of them are pretty boring. 

Seriously, the company behind the addictively fun mobile game Best Fiends, wants your help to create digital ads that aren't lame, and still convince the viewer to download the game. 

All you need to do is come up with a creative way to tell the audience what Best Fiends is, and get them to download the game, in as interesting a way as possible in six seconds. These types of ads will need to function with and without sound - so think about if there is anything you can do to use on-screen text in a fun and unexpected way.

• Ads in other mobile games
• Ads in other mobile apps

 

TARGET AUDIENCE:

• Core demo: Women - 25 - 54
• Secondary: Women & Men - 18 - 50

 

TONE:

• Think along the lines of Minions or The Simpsons; funny, but subversive and playful

 

EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES: 

• Concepts MUST drive viewers to download the game. 
• Concepts must be executable within :06 seconds. 

Tell us your Concept in 250 characters or less. Think of this as a longer, more detailed Idea in 250 characters. Your submission must explain your concept for a new Best Fiends 0:06 digital ad. For more specifics about what exactly the Sponsor is looking for, be sure to check out the Project Brief. 

1. Unless provided otherwise, all work must be your own original creation and free of any copyrighted material. You shall provide detailed information of your work regarding the source, the creator and background information as requested by Tongal.
   
   
2. BY SUBMITTING A VIDEO ENTRY, YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY BECOMES THE SOLE PROPERTY OF TONGAL OR ITS ASSIGNEES – SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES. YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.
   
   
3. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.
   
   
4. Submissions must not portray Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with Sponsor.
    
5. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.
    
6. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.
    
7. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or older to enter.
   
   
8. The Sponsor reserves the right to repost the contest.
   
   
9. Creators of selected submissions must provide the standard Tongal W-9, Winner Affidavit, and IP Assignment.
