We all know the perfect “no makeup” look seen in cosmetics commercials is anything but easy. It takes an army of makeup artists and stylists guided by very talented beauty directors to make it look flawless and natural  on camera.

This is where we need your help. We’re looking to YOU to refer amazing Beauty Directors to our community. Anyone who refers a Beauty Director we end up working with or selecting as part of this referral project stands to earn $1,000. Yup, that’s a $1,000 just for knowing the right people and we may award more than one submission.

• The referrals will be judged on the following criteria: technical ability, past work and overall style.
• We also want YOU to show us that your referred Beauty Director has the chops to pull off a gorgeous beauty video. Link to his/her past projects or other relevant work that will give us a good idea of what he/she is capable of creating.
• You cannot refer yourself.
• If more than one individual submits the same referral, the first to submit will be awarded $1,000 should we end up working with or selecting the referred Beauty Director before June 26, 2017.

PHASE 1: REFERRAL  – In order to be eligible each submission must include:

 

• Name of Beauty Director - Please enter this in the TITLE of your submission.
• 500 Characters or Less Summary of who this person is, how you know them, and why you are referring them – Please enter this in the REFERRAL box.
• Location of Beauty Director
• Links to pervious work such as website, portfolio etc.
• Contact Info of Beauty Director

1. BY SUBMITTING A REFERRAL ENTRY, YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY BECOMES THE SOLE PROPERTY OF TONGAL OR ITS ASSIGNEES – SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES. YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.

2. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.

3. Submissions must be in the English language or subtitled.

4. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.

5. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or older to enter.

6. In the event that fewer than 50 Referrals are received, the Sponsor reserves the right to repost the contest for up to fourteen (14) days at their discretion.

8. Referrals are only paid out for Beauty Directors we end up working with sourced from this project before June 26, 2017.
