Background

On At Home with Amy Sedaris, Amy Sedaris cordially invites you into her home, where she will show off diverse but necessary homemaking skills, from creating popsicle-stick buddies and gutting a fish to making raisin necklaces and entertaining businessmen. As always, Amy will use her unique expertise to entertain guests, demonstrate her know-how by preparing meals and exhibit her can-do spirit by attempting to work out personal issues. Remember, if you want to be the perfect host, accentuate the positives and medicate the negatives.

Check out the season 3 teaser trailer to get a sense of the show's aesthetic and tone. TruTV especially likes the homemade, hand-stitched feel of the logo and wants to see how you would interpret this aesthetic.

Check out these sample frame templates for a sense of how you'll be framing your clips and/or GIFs.

Objectives

TruTV is looking for editors to create shareable social content for season 3 of  At Home With Amy Sedaris. Your suite of should fall into one of two categories: 1) clips up to :60; or 2) GIFs of guest star quotes, boomerang moments, Amy's characters, and memes.

Your content will be shared on social to promote the show's season 3 run, premiering April 29, and should focus on guest stars, Amy's characters, and the wacky, quirky sense of humor that fans of the show love.

Show footage and frame templates will be provided to the greenlit editors to use in their content. Here are some sample GIFs and quote frames to give you a better sense of what these can look like. A separate Tongal project is running concurrently to create unique frames for this project's content, so check that out if you have an eye for design.

Our priority is to make sure everyone is safe. Along with that, we’re working really hard to keep people working during this strange time. Our advice here is to submit only if you feel you can do something within the anticipated timeline that ensures everyone's safety given today's reality.
