The goal is to create an animated video for internal usage within the Hess Corporation to help explain a shift in mindset of promoting innovation for a bright future.
Hess Corporation is an American global independent energy company engaged in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas. Ten years ago, they presented a vision to become the “best performing energy investment” and “most trusted energy partner.” One of the main tools they used to go on this journey is establishing “lean processes” to improve their operational performance.
Recently, however, they’ve realized that “innovation” needs to be added to “lean," so now they’re focusing on having a “lean AND innovative” culture to continually improve their operations and achieve their brand goals. But along with innovation there can be some resistance. This is where we come in! The animated video we produce should help Hess solidify internal alignment around experimentation, learning, and adopting new innovations & technologies.
PLEASE NOTE: Hess Corporations has provided an outline for the video, which you can find in the Assets section. Also, they are open to any style of animation, as long as it is doable within the timeline & budget.
