Background

Named the leader in the Forrester Performance Marketing Wave and one of the Top 75 fastest growing agencies, Wpromote helps brands "Think Like A Challenger" to drive transformational growth. The Challenger Mindset means they're always looking for new opportunities to change the game of marketing, and they have developed a culture where employees are empowered to take risks and experiment. They look for employees who are excited and autonomous, and they work with HBCUs to hire diverse talent. Their goal is to staff at least 30% of their upper level with diverse talent, and they have offices located in LA, NY, Chicago, Atlanta, and Charleston. Be sure to visit their career page for even more information.

Here are some of Wpromote's favorite videos for you to reference for tone. Although some of the videos used mixed-media approaches, yours should be fully animated.

Employee Testimonial Questions

Objectives

If you're searching for a company that fits your specific work style, ambitions, and needs, it can be challenging. Luckily, Wpromote doesn't take the one size fits all approach like most companies: they're making sure each individual is supported by being flexible and by fine-tuning their specific career path. Wpromote is an award-winning digital marketing agency that manages integrated, performance-centric digital marketing campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. For their employees, they offer a lot of avenues for growth, with everything from good old-fashioned friendly competitions, in the form of LinkedIn learning challenges and employee-led trivia games, to frequent opportunities to lunch and learn with industry experts and thought leaders. They aiming to make Mondays (and the rest of your week) suck less, and their employees can speak to their success doing just that.

The goal of this project then is to create a :45 video that informs prospective candidates about the benefits of a career at Wpromote, and leads them to apply for a position. They would like to do this with 2D or 3D animated executions inspired by - and incorporating - actual audio recordings and photos from their employee testimonials and photos. They have a total of five testimonials that you can use, and in each testimonial, the employees answer five questions about their experience working at Wpromote. You are not required use every testimonial, but your video should include a response to each of the questions.

Should it be helpful, each employee has provided some still photos to inspire your animations. Please see the Background for a breakdown of the specific questions, along with some other key information, and feel free to ask questions in the Project Forum.
